RCMarine recherche un Technicien Inbord pour renforcer son atelier des sites de Les Achards et Les Sables-d'Olonne. Vous participez à la préparation, l'entretien et la réparation de moteurs inboard et des systèmes embarqués sur des bateaux neufs et d'occasion.

Vous effectuerez diagnostics, maintenance, hiverisation selon les spécifications des fabricants, installation d'équipements et d'électronique, et veillerez à la sécurité et à la propreté de l'atelier.

Responsabilités

• Performing diagnostic tests, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on inboard marine engines and systems.
• Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and winterizing of boats according to manufacturer specifications.
• Installing marine equipment, electronics, and accessories on new and pre-owned vessels.
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and cleanliness within the workshop environment.
• Collaborating with the service and parts team to identify necessary replacement components and marine hardware.

Inboard Technician (Technicien Inbord)

RCM is currently seeking an Inboard Technician (Technicien Inbord) to join our team under the RCMarine brand. Located in the beautiful coastal areas of Les Achards and Les Sables-d'Olonne, our company is part of the established French automotive and marine group RCM. RCMarine specializes in the distribution, maintenance, and servicing of motorboats, sailboats, and RIBs (semi-rigid boats) from renowned industry-leading brands including BENETEAU, HIGHFIELD, WELLCRAFT, FOUR WINNS, CAPOFORTE, and INVICTUS. In addition to our boat sales and maintenance services, we operate as a trusted franchisee of Accastillage Diffusion and USHIP, offering a wide selection of marine hardware and equipment to boating enthusiasts. Since our launch in July 2019, RCMarine has grown rapidly across our dealership network. As an Inboard Technician within our technical team, you will play a hands-on role in the workshop, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and reliability to our customers on the water. Your day-to-day work will directly contribute to the preparation, maintenance, and repair of various marine vessels.
