Job summary

GSK recherche un technicien de production pour un CDI sur le site d’Evreux. Vous conduirez une ligne automatisée, réaliserez le suivi technique et les contrôles, et participerez aux interventions correctives et préventives.

Profil CAP/BEP/BAC Pro Maintenance ou équivalent, avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique et une bonne maîtrise des outils GMAO et GPAO. Autonomie et travail en équipe requis.

Qualifications

• Formation CAP/BEP/BAC Pro Maintenance des Systèmes Mécaniques Automatisés / Electrotechnique ou Mécanique.
• Expérience minimale de 3 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
• Maintenance de premier niveau réalisée.

Responsibilities

• Conduire un ensemble automatisé selon les procédures et le planning.
• Assurer le suivi technique de la ligne.
• Effectuer les contrôles au démarrage, en cours et en fin de production.
• Surveiller le process et corriger les écarts simples selon les consignes.
• Démonter/remonter les machines, nettoyer les équipements et locaux.

Job description

GSK recherche un technicien de production H/F dans le cadre d’un CDI. Le poste est basé sur le site d’Evreux (27).

Missions :

• Conduire un ensemble automatisé selon les procédures établies et en fonction du planning prévu.
• Assurer le suivi technique de la ligne
• Effectuer les contrôles au démarrage, en cours et en fin de production
• Surveiller le process, repère tout écart, et effectuer les interventions correctives simples en suivant les consignes.
• Effectuer le démontage et le remontage de la machine, les nettoyages partiels ou complets des équipements, locaux, parties communes et aspirations centralisées.
• Participer aux interventions techniques correctives ou préventives de second niveau.
• Diagnostiquer les défaillances des équipements, intervient ou fait intervenir, et propose des actions correctives.

Profil :

• Vous avez une formation CAP / BEP / BAC Pro Maintenance des Systèmes Mécaniques Automatisés / Electrotechnique ou Mécanique.
• Vous disposez d’une expérience similaire de minimum 3 ans dans l’industrie pharmaceutique.
• Vous réalisez la maintenance de premier niveau.
• Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques : GMAO et GPAO.
• Vous savez travailler en équipe.
• Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux.
• Vous êtes disponible pour travailler en horaire d'équipe et de journée.

French Salary Range / Fourchette salariale – France

EUR 25,725 to EUR 42,875. The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location. These ranges take into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position may offer an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role.
