SNEF Maintenance recrute un technicien de maintenance multitechnique pour un site à Lyon (69). Horaires en rotation 7h00‑21h00, avec certains samedis et dimanches.

Vous effectuerez la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques (HVAC et second œuvre) et assurerez le service client sur site. Profil technicien, rigueur et sens du service attendus, avec des avantages variés au sein d’un groupe inclusif.

Qualifications

• Formation technique requise; idéalement électrotechnique ou second œuvre.
• Sens du service et du travail en équipe.
• Rigueur et bonnes capacités relationnelles exigées.

Responsabilités

• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques, HVAC et second œuvre.
• Encadrer et superviser des sous-traitants lors de certains chantiers.
• Assurer le reporting des interventions et la traçabilité des opérations.

Description du poste

SNEF Maintenance recruited a multitechnical maintenance technician to be posted at a Lyon (69) site. Operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in rotating shifts, with some Saturdays and Sundays included.

Vos futures missions

In the framework of a primarily tertiary project, you will have the following main missions:

Maintenance & Exploitation

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of technical installations in second works and HVAC
• Intervene on occasional second‑works building tasks
• Provide emergency services on various client sites
• Perform small work related to maintenance contracts (HVAC and second works)

Coordination & Prestataires

• Accompany and supervise subcontractors during certain services
• Ensure the proper execution of operations adhering to technical requirements, deadlines and safety rules
• Serve as the interface between subcontractors, clients and the company

Suivi & Reporting

• Provide reporting of completed interventions (meeting minutes, internal tools, client follow‑up)
• Ensure traceability of performed operations

Sécurité & Qualité

• Strictly observe safety instructions
• Apply the procedures in place on site

Gestion & Organisation

• Maintain and keep the technical area in good order
• Manage the intervention vehicle (maintenance, cleanliness, tracking)
• Ensure the tools are in good condition and available
• Carry out simple stock management of consumables

Relation Client

• Be the privileged client interlocutor on site
• Guarantee a high‑quality service and good client rapport
• Report client information and needs to the hierarchy

Profil recherché

• Technical background, ideally in electrical engineering or second works
• Recognized for quality of service and seriousness
• Strong proposal, rigor and relational skills will be valuable assets for this position
