Job Description
We are looking for a maintenance technician, scheduled for a morning shift (4:45 am – 1 pm) four days a week, to replace an existing staff member. The role involves maintenance of automatic equipment with mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise preventive, corrective, and metrology maintenance in the Test Peripheral workshop (with an afternoon technician), the Rodage workshop (with a day-time technician), and the System workshop independently.
- Communicate actions and deadlines to colleagues, the Maintenance Manager, and Production Managers.
- Track and document activities using the CMMS (SAP).
- Participate in machine installation and improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a BTS Maintenance or equivalent; experience with automatic equipment is required.
- Adaptable, autonomous, meticulous, communicative, and proactive in problem‑solving situations.
- Comfortable with IT tools and Excel.
- Flexibility to work additional day shifts (3–4 times a month) to cover supplier visits.
- Availability for an annual one‑day trip to a subcontractor’s site in Vichy.
- English proficiency in professional oral and written communication is a plus.
