Qualifications

• Knowledge of stamping process and tooling.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and bills of materials.
• 3D parts modification.
• Proficiency with CNC milling machines (Siemens One preferred).
• Welding techniques: TIG, MIG, ARC, etc.
• Machining: lathe, milling, grinder.
• MS Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Adapt to stamping process and tooling requirements.
• Read and create technical drawings and bills of materials.
• Modify 3D parts as needed.
• Operate CNC milling machines and perform basic machining tasks.
• Apply TIG, MIG and ARC welding techniques.
• Utilize traditional machining equipment (lathe, milling, grinder).
• Leverage MS Office tools for project coordination.
