Novartis is seeking a Technical Transfer Lead to own complex technology transfer efforts from development to commercial manufacturing. You will lead cross‑functional teams, ensure compliant, scalable processes, and partner across Technical Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality to deliver high‑quality medicines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oral solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in technical transfer, process scale-up and validation activities.
• Strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proven project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical expertise in pharmaceutical processes and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end technical transfer projects with timelines, scope and quality objectives.
• Act as site point of contact for transfer activities with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute transfer and validation strategies including process, cleaning, packaging and studies.
• Coordinate technical, regulatory and validation batches ensuring documentation readiness and compliance.
• Establish and lead cross-functional project teams, driving execution and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and readiness for inspections and audits.
• Drive process improvements to support product launches and manufacturing excellence.
