Job summary

ManoMano is seeking an SEO/GEO Technical Project Manager to safeguard and optimize our platform so that Google can crawl and index our catalog efficiently. You will lead SEO and GEO projects with internal teams to improve visibility and performance across markets.

The role requires advanced technical SEO knowledge, ability to work with HTML/CSS/JS, and strong data skills with Python and SQL. French and English communication are essential in a cross-functional, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, page speed, structured data.
• Experience with SEO, GEO, web performance trends and innovative solutions.
• Ability to read and understand HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in website performance: SSR, caching, CDN, performance debugging.
• Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL for data assets and data workflows.
• Strong project management to lead multiple large-scale projects.
• Fluent in French and English; ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and optimise SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor websites and propose improvements to technical infrastructure and SEO compliance.
• Lead complex technical SEO projects from audits to implementation.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams on SEO best practices.
• Ensure scalability and sustainability of SEO improvements across projects.
• Contribute to defining a coherent SEO strategy with new opportunities.
• Build and manage internal SEO assets, tools, and data workflows.
• Communicate and report SEO performance to leadership.
