Technical Representative

Location: Charles De Gaulle APT, FR

Since 1978, our Group has been constantly growing and innovating to offer its customers increasingly efficient maritime, land, air, and logistics solutions. Driven by a strong desire to design ever more effective solutions to serve a world in motion, the Group launched CMA CGM AIR CARGO in 2021, thereby expanding its transport and logistics offering. It has also recently grown with the acquisition of the Belgian company "Air Belgium."

Already equipped with a fleet of 4 long-haul aircraft (1 A330F and 3 B777Fs), it will be further reinforced with eight Airbus A350Fs by 2027, making CMA CGM AIR CARGO the launch operator of this new aircraft. Moreover, thanks to support from a partner, AIR CARGO now operates on the transpacific route with two additional B777Fs that we own.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordination and monitoring of the execution of technical operations on aircraft;
  • The technical follow-up and control of the airworthiness of the fleet on the whole network (Log book, MEL, status of deferred work…);
  • Follow-up of supplies ordered by the subcontractor;
  • Liaison between Part 145 and the OEMs (Airbus, Boeing and equipment manufacturers) in the context of troubleshooting;
  • Preparation and follow-up of aircraft on external site visits, ensuring the correct application of the contract with the subcontractor(s);
  • Control and monitoring of subcontractors.
PROFILE
  • Technician diploma with a Part 66 licence (QT A330 or B-777 recommended);
  • Perfect knowledge of long haul (Maintenance and aircraft systems, EASA and AIR-OPS regulations, Part CAMO, ETOPS, part 145…);
  • 10 years experience;
  • Autonomy, rigour and initiative;
  • Good command of English.
