Stellantis in Paris is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Global Software Architecture department, guiding multiple teams as we design next‑generation ECUs for the Stellantis Software Platform. You will lead Agile PI events and ensure on‑time delivery of architecture designs and requirements aligned with program milestones.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a passion for technical topics, and proven program management experience in embedded automotive software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or CS.
5+ years in software/system program management in automotive/embedded.
Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

Responsabilités

Lead PI Planning events for assigned teams.
Secure delivery plans aligned with program milestones.
Collaborate with other TPMs to manage dependencies.
Ensure inputs are received on time and meet quality expectations.
Identify risks, define recovery plans, and drive issues to resolution.
Work closely with technical leads to monitor execution throughout the PI cycle.
Remove day‑to‑day impediments impacting team progress.
Ensure delivery of all embedded software artefacts (design, requirements, code, tests, and release notes).
Confirm that all deliverables meet the Definition of Done.
Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for delivery tracking.
Ensure compliance with Agile fundamentals, including sprint planning and capacity planning.
Harmonize ways of working across teams.
