Qualifications

- Significant technical leadership in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of machining and related processes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and budgets.
- Experience with capital investments and cost reduction.
- Familiarity with quality planning and structured problem-solving.
- Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
- Ability to coach and lead at multiple levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead site technical and manufacturing engineering functions.
