Vous aurez un rôle clé dans le renforcement de la plateforme bancaire, en résolvant des défis complexes et en mentorant d'autres ingénieurs. Le candidat idéal a un Master d'une grande école, plus de 6 ans d'expérience, et est fluide en français et anglais. Qualifications

• Au moins 6 ans d'expérience dans des environnements logiciels d'entreprise complexes.
• Expérience substantielle en optimisation des performances systèmes, idéalement dans des contextes cloud et web.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Partager et diffuser votre expertise technique au sein de votre équipe et à travers toutes les équipes Skaleet.
• Mentorer des ingénieurs, soutenir leur croissance et diriger des sessions de coaching technique.
• Proposer et spécifier des avancées technologiques majeures pour notre produit.
• Résoudre des problèmes complexes sur toute la plateforme.
• Moderniser le logiciel pour gérer des flux de transactions plus élevés.

As a Technical Expert, you will join the Platform team and report directly to Hadrien, Lead Architect.

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Skaleet’s technical foundation. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving highly complex challenges, driving impactful technological evolution, and continuously improving the robustness, performance, and scalability of our Core Banking Platform.

In this role, autonomy is essential. You will be a key contributor to modernizing the platform so it can support higher volumes of transactions, greater redundancy, and industry-grade stability. Your daily impact will directly shape the reliability and long‑term resilience of Skaleet’s architecture.

You will also take on a Staff Engineer–level mission: supporting, mentoring, and upskilling other squads, fostering cross‑team alignment, and embodying an engineering mindset focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

• Drive performance optimization initiatives, especially in cloud and web environments, ensuring the platform remains fast, efficient, and cost‑effective.
