Job summary

Kéoni Consulting seeks a Technical Engineer to join its COPADO-focused team in Europe. You will participate in the design and technical integration of components, analyze application malfunctions, and provide ad-hoc expertise for the Salesforce-based platform.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining the build and deployment platforms, organizing release processes, managing environments, documenting workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams across manufacturing and deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years COPADO experience with metadata and source format knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in design, integration and deployment for Salesforce platforms.

# Technical Engineer, COPADO System - IDF* Home* Technical Engineer, COPADO System - IDF* June 23, 2026* 0 Comments* By Roberte OkoyaContext: The client has launched a Customer Relationship Transformation Program based on a digital platform built around the Salesforce solution. The Salesforce Factory handles cross-functional activities related to the Salesforce implementation (project/manufacturing/releasing methodology, Design Authority, core functional and technical aspects, application run and Level 3 incident support, Salesforce contract monitoring, etc.). Responsibilities: – Participation in the design and technical integration of components, analysis of application and technical malfunctions, or provision of ad-hoc expertise (e.g., review of manufacturing processes) within the project team. - Intervention in application maintenance work (application chain optimization, failure analysis, etc.) - Carrying out cross-functional work within the organization (installing build chains, providing support to teams, etc.) To achieve this, the proposed structure will have the following main activities: - Produce the technical design of the build/deployment releasing system based on the Salesforce Cloud platform, as well as the interconnections with the application components of the information system - Implement and maintain the build and deployment platforms (job scripting, continuous integration, functional testing tools, performance, quality metrics, etc.) - Organize and control the build and deployment processes within the team - Maintain the system's cross-functional documentation repository - Define the branching strategy - Manage integration environments (creation/refresh and monitoring of requests on sandboxes) - Install appExchange and critical updates on the environments - Qualify the deliverables provided by the development teams: - Installation, industrialization, and verification of packages/folders provided and/or created on request - Verification of application compliance with production constraints – Participation in drafting production and operational documentation – Providing support and communication with technical teams: – Assistance and support to development and cross-functional integration teams – Assistance and support to manufacturing and deployment teams – Analyzing application and technical malfunctions, defining corrective solutions, and identifying optimizations. The proposed system will prioritize quality and security; it will thus contribute to preserving the integrity of the application portfolio, its performance (reliability, robustness, speed, etc.), and its scalability. The proposed candidate will demonstrate significant experience in n-tier applications (internet, Java) and ideally Salesforce: integration, deployment, validation, and performance testing. Ideally, they will have experience in development and a strong understanding of complex logical and physical communication chains (SOA, WOA architecture). The candidate must be able to structure and report on analyses under pressure and develop and implement action plans.
