Job summary

CAILabs is seeking a data management professional to handle item creation in the ERP system and govern data structures in line with business requirements.

You will collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and consistency across product versions while managing high daily coding activity volumes.

Responsibilities

• Analyse coding requests
• Create items in the ERP system in accordance with the applicable parameterization rules
• Structure data according to business requirements
• Keep the item master database up to date in a context of ongoing product changes
• Identify and correct inconsistencies
• Contribute to improving overall data quality
• Participate in regular change management sessions
• Ensure consistency between different product versions
• You will work in an environment with a high volume of daily coding activities.
• You will work closely with technical teams and cross-functional business teams, and your role will go beyond simply executing requests.
• You will analyse requests, define the appropriate item parameters in accordance with business rules, and challenge requests when information is incomplete or inconsistent.
• You will contribute to ensuring reliable and consistent practices and securing data flows.
