Job summary

Université Sorbonne Paris Nord (USPN) seeks a Business School relationship manager or associate for a project contract at IUT de Villetaneuse. The role focuses on developing links between the IUT and companies, promoting and selling tailored continuing education programs in GEII, electronics, optics, and nanotechnology, with a focus on ecological and digital transitions.

Responsible for building a network of industry partners, prospecting companies, and designing modular training offers.

Qualifications

• Three-year degree in business, marketing, training engineering, or technical field (electronics, physics).
• Minimum 3 years in sales of training or B2B services, customer relations, and business negotiation.
• Knowledge of the industrial sector or continuous training schemes (CPF, OPCO).
• Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Office/Google Suite).

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing of applications to high schools and colleges.
• Raise awareness about electronics, optoelectronics, and nanotechnology professions.
• Prospect and sell customized continuing education programs to companies.
• Create and negotiate contracts; promote funding mechanisms (CPF, OPCO).
• Organize events and maintain client relationships; build a network of ambassadors.
