Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, science or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of post-university experience in tech and strategy roles.
• Strong academic and professional achievement record.
• Combines strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and tech interest.
• Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses.
• Develop and communicate actionable recommendations for client presentations.
• Present results to client management and advise on implementation.
• Collaborate with client teams and McKinsey colleagues to guide projects.
• Engage in training and mentorship programs to accelerate growth.
