• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.

Responsabilités

• Technically lead the development team.
• Monitor project launches and outstanding tasks; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead prototyping and selection of technical components.
• Assign development tasks: support, coaching.
• Manage the technical roadmap at team level.
• Ensure process compliance and good coding practices.
• Perform technical monitoring and improve processes proactively.
• Support and develop team members.
• Collaborate daily with the architect and the scrum master.
