Sunstice is seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our R&D team in France. In this role, you will lead and mentor fullstack engineers, while actively participating in software design and development. You will work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with teams in France and China.

We value growth and support a hybrid work model with flexibility. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in software development, solid expertise in Java Spring, and strong cloud technology proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead in a software company.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Developer.
• Solid experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Fluent in English to collaborate effectively.

• Lead and mentor fullstack software engineers.
• Participate in design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and product managers in agile development.
