A dynamic tech company is seeking a Tech Lead to join their team in Boulogne-Billancourt. You will manage a team of 3 to 5 developers, define objectives, collaborate on the product roadmap, and implement major technological advancements. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree, 4 years of experience in fintech, and be fluent in both French and English. Prestations

Annual compensation: €68,000–€75,000 (gross)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in fintech or a bank as a Tech Lead.
• Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• You thrive on challenges and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

Responsabilités

• Define and track objectives of your team and foster squad dynamics.
• Share your technical expertise within the squad.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the roadmap.
• Define and implement major technological advancements.
• Develop features with high quality standards.
• Enhance our test pyramid.
• Conduct regular technical monitoring and research.
