Job summary

You’ll join Tech & AI at McKinsey in our Paris office, collaborating with C-suite executives on technology-driven strategies and delivering actionable client recommendations. You will work in agile teams of consultants and partners across disciplines, with strong mentorship and formal training to accelerate your growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, science or another technical or related field.
• 2+ years of post-university experience in technology and strategy related roles in a professional service, blue-chip industry or start up environment.
• Outstanding track record of academic and professional achievements.
• Combination of strong strategic and analytical abilities with a passion for technology.
• Proven track record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Fluent level language skills in both English and French.

Responsibilities

• You will work with C-suite executives to problem-solve on their key issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging your technology know-how and business sense.
• You will play an active role in all aspects of a client project, typically working in teams of consultants alongside experts and partners of all tenures.
• You’ll receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams.
