You will coordinate breeders and assistants, balance long-term strategy with day-to-day tasks, and implement efficient processes. The role requires strong organization, leadership, and communication across an international network, with regular travel.

Qualifications

• MSc degree in genetics and/or plant breeding is required.
• Experience leading a breeding program and managing a research team is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive a breeding program to deliver innovative varieties to growers.
