A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Team Lead to oversee their Customer Success team in France, focusing on managing strategic accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have over six years in customer success and possess a strong technical background in networking and cybersecurity. This fully remote position offers a chance to mentor a talented team and drive customer engagement. This role may involve regional travel, up to 25% of the time.

From mentoring and coaching to solving complex technical challenges, you’ll be at the heart of driving adoption, satisfaction, and long‑term success.
