A global leader in sustainable packaging is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the recruitment process for multiple positions in France. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates quickly, while working closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of full life cycle recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry and fluency in English and Spanish. Position summary:
You are responsible for efficiently managing and executing the recruitment process for a large number of positions within your region (Spain + UK). This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates quickly and effectively to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
You will also support the team in sourcing activities as needed.
