Une grande entreprise de bijouterie recherche un apprenti Talent Acquisition Specialist pour soutenir les recrutements en Europe de l'Ouest, en mettant l'accent sur la gestion de candidats pour l'Espagne et le Portugal. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme en ressources humaines et être trilingual (français, espagnol, anglais). Ce rôle offre une expérience précieuse dans la coordination d'initiatives stratégiques et la gestion de talent dans un environnement dynamique. L'emplacement est à Paris, avec un contrat de 12 à 24 mois.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenir le processus de recrutement complet pour la France et l'Iberia.
  • Coordonner la communication avec les candidats et planifier les entretiens.
  • Promouvoir les offres d'emploi sur divers sites et réseaux sociaux.
  • Conduire des évaluations approfondies des candidats.
  • Développer des partenariats avec des écoles clés en France.
  • Rechercher et mettre en œuvre des initiatives de diversité et d'inclusion.

TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST APPRENTICE WESTERN EUROPE

Location - Paris Esplanade de la Defense (92)

Start date - Septembre 2026

Contract - 12 - 24 mois

As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster specifically supporting our retail hirings for Spain and Portugal. You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the full life cycle recruitment process in partnership with the clusters leadership team for office roles in France. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ and retail candidate and employee experience including but not limited to employer branding, talent management, campus relations, international talent acquisition.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You will support Talent Acquisition Team in providing best in class candidate experience in management of the strategic full cycle recruitment process across France and Iberia.
  • You will coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • You will post and promote jobs utilizing various sites to drive a diverse candidate pool including using social media.
  • You will conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation requirements.
  • You will coordinate the creation of the campus management program and develop an effective partnership with key schools in France.
  • You will collaborate with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identify and resolve any obstacles that may arise.
  • You will research, suggest and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • You speak French, Spanish and English.
  • You have a human resources degree or equivalent.
  • You have first experience in recruitment and campus management.
  • You are recognised for your great communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate and build relationships.
  • You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a great listener with a customer service mindset.
Recruitment Process

Once you apply this is what you can expect:

  • A response within two weeks of your application.
  • If your profile is shortlisted you will have an initial interview of 30 minutes with one of our recruiters.
  • Followed by a 20 minutes interview with our Talent Acquisition Manager WEEU.
  • Lastly a 45 minutes interview with your direct manager.
  • If you meet a recruiter but are not selected you will receive constructive feedback and time invested in your application.
