The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced HR environment, excelling at managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding while working closely with hiring managers. This candidate is proactive in sourcing top talent through creative outreach and networking, skilled in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and optimizing ATS tools like Greenhouse for smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Create and post job descriptions across job boards and internal channels.
  • Source candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and creative search techniques.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Maintain and optimize workflows in Greenhouse to ensure accurate data and a seamless hiring experience.
  • Prepare and present candidate summaries to hiring managers and guide them through selection and evaluation.
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on compensation recommendations and offer approvals.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related projects as needed.
  • Track and report hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the People Experience Coordinator with offer letter generation, onboarding, and integrating new employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.
  • Strong proficiency with Greenhouse ATS or a comparable system is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to process excellence.
