A leading hearing care provider is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment process across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience and must be skilled in stakeholder management and candidate engagement. As a strategic recruitment expert you will own the full-cycle hiring process for your assigned business areas - from initial vacancy intake to contract negotiation. Youll collaborate closely with hiring managers HR business partners and talent services teams while continuously optimizing recruitment strategies processes and tools to ensure an exceptional hiring experience.
