Job summary

Crosscall in Aix-en-Provence seeks an Integration Engineer to drive electronic validation and testing across the V-cycle in a collaborative, international environment.

You will perform mechanical and electrical tests, identify defects, and write traceable reports while contributing to design feasibility and risk analyses. You will optimize lab processes and manage equipment maintenance in a dynamic X-Lab team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Measurements with 3+ years of experience, or Embedded Electronics Engineer with experience.
• Experience in product testing, validation, or integration.
• Good level of English (B2) and able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation tests and trials in the laboratory (mechanical, electronic, electrical).
• Identify defects and root causes; write test reports for traceability.
• Improve validation methods and contribute to design phases (feasibility, prototyping, risk analysis).
• Contribute to laboratory operations by proposing optimizations and monitoring equipment maintenance.

Function Integration Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities

Within the X-Lab laboratory, you will work on electronic projects in collaboration with international teams (Clients, ODM, partners), with a global system vision and involvement throughout the entire V-cycle.

Perform validation tests and trials in the laboratory (mechanical, electronic, electrical):

• Identify defects and root causes
• Write test reports for traceability
• Improve validation methods

Participate in phases of:

• Design: feasibility, prototyping, risk analysis

Contribute to the laboratory's operations:

• Propose optimizations (processes, tools, methods)
• Monitor equipment inventory and maintenance

Desired profile:

Education & experience:

Associate degree in Physical Measurements and over 3 years of experience or Embedded Electronics Engineer with experience (internship/apprenticeship valued)

Technical skills:

- Experience in product testing, validation, or integration
- Good level in analog and digital electronics
- Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, Python, VBA)
- Comfortable with laboratory tools (oscilloscope, analyzer, soldering stations…)
- Appreciated knowledge: RF, audio, power, interfaces (USB, I2C, SPI, Wifi, BT…)
- English level B2, TOEIC > 785
