Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Specialist to join the Supply Chain Quality team. You will evaluate supplier capacity, technical capability, and readiness during tenders to drive New Product Introduction and Transfer of Work projects ensuring On Quality On Time performance.

You will apply Advanced Product Quality Planning frameworks and risk analysis tools, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (EASA, ASR), and collaborate with multi-functional teams in

Qualifications

  • Experience using APQP methodologies and risk analysis tools.
  • Strong written and spoken English for international collaboration.
  • Knowledge of aeronautical regulatory requirements (EASA/ASR) is a plus.

  • Evaluate supplier capacity, technical capability, and readiness during tenders within Multi-Functional Teams.
  • Drive New Product Introduction and Transfer of Work projects to track schedule and ensure On Quality On Time.
  • Perform risk assessments using APQP to anticipate bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate subcontracted activities and engage internal supply chain specialists as needed.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and industrial qualification maturity across projects.

Job Description

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain Quality Specialist (f/m) to join our Supply Chain Quality department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing sheet metal detail part supplies for assembly sites. As part of the PIMDT team, you will be involved in New Product Introduction and Transfer of Work projects aiming at securing supplier deliveries On Time and On Quality. Your working environment: Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Your challenges

Evaluate supplier capacity, technical capability, and readiness during calls for tenders within Multi-Functional Teams. Drive New Product Introduction and Transfer of Work projects to track schedule execution and guarantee On Quality On Time performance. Perform risk assessments using Advanced Product Quality Planning methodology to anticipate industrial bottlenecks early. Coordinate subcontracted service activities and engage internal supply chain specialists when required. Ensure industrial qualification maturity and full compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Your boarding pass

Confirmed minimum professional experience in industrial project management and supplier quality execution. Technical expertise in Advanced Product Quality Planning frameworks and risk analysis tools. Sound knowledge of aeronautical regulatory requirements and compliance standards (EASA, ASR). Proven capability to coordinate subcontracted activities and operate within Multi-Functional Team environments. Advanced English proficiency for daily operational communication and business travel availability.
