Job summary

HID Global in La Ciotat, France, is seeking a Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Officer (12 month FTC). You will lead improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, logistics and warehouse operations, leveraging Oracle ERP and Robotic Process Automation to boost productivity, accuracy and cost performance.

The role requires BAC+2 and 5–10 years in purchasing or supply chain, with strong negotiation and communication skills, ERP and RPA proficiency, and experience supporting warehouse

Qualifications

• BAC+2 degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in purchasing and/or supply chain.
• Experience negotiating purchasing terms with suppliers.
• Strong written and verbal business-to-business communication skills.
• Proficiency using ERP systems (Oracle), Microsoft Office suite, and RPA.
• Experience supporting warehouse management activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, inventory accuracy, service levels and cost performance.
• Act as the local Oracle ERP and RPA key user, driving process standardization and automation.
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging Oracle ERP and RPA technologies.
• Train and support Supply Chain users in Oracle ERP and RPA to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and adoption.
• Manage the supplier portfolio to support continuity, quality, cost and delivery objectives.
• Negotiate purchasing terms and communicate agreed conditions to support procurement activities.
• Assess supply risks and establish supplier contracts when required.
• Support procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse teams with Supply Chain expertise.
