FedEx in Guarderon, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France is seeking a dedicated shift supervisor to lead a team of operatives and drivers. You will ensure high performance, motivate staff, and maintain fair treatment while meeting daily service targets.

This role requires strong communication, time management, and a clear customer focus as you educate the team on goals and safety, and uphold compliant practices across shifts. Training and career development opportunities are offered.

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers

• Planning and taking action to achieve service levels targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Making sure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
