A leading engineering firm is seeking a Subsea Pipeline Design Engineer based in Paris. The candidate will be responsible for detailed flowline design analyses, including sizing and stability evaluations, while ensuring compliance with industry standards. An MSc or PhD in mechanical engineering or hydrodynamics is required along with proficiency in FEM software and knowledge of Python. This is a full-time role aimed at mid-senior level professionals.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry or equivalent.
• Undertake responsibility for production of deliverables, including engineering support.
• Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints.

Responsabilités

• Perform flowline design analyses and document results.
• Collaborate in preparing Material Take-Offs.
• Conduct pipeline design activities such as sizing and stability analyses.
• Ensure compliance with industry Codes, Standards, and Client Specifications.
• Provide engineering assistance during mobilisations and site working.

Connaissances

Proficiency in FEM software for pipeline analysis

Knowledge of Python language

Ability to work in multicultural group

Experience in working in a multi-disciplined system engineering team

Ability to prioritize workload

Formation
