Dlubal Software GmbH is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Paris to connect users with our structural analysis solutions. You will assist clients in using RFEM and RSTAB software and provide high-quality technical support.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a degree in structural engineering or a related field and has a solid understanding of Eurocodes. Employee benefits include health insurance and company outings.

Your Mission

As a technical support engineer, you will play a key role in connecting our users with our structural analysis solutions. You will master our RFEM and RSTAB software, assist our clients with their projects, and provide high‑quality technical support.

Your primary mission will be to help and train our clients to design simple or complex structures that comply with Eurocodes and other standards, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our software.
