Job summary

Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Toulouse, France, seeks a Supply Chain and Quality Manager (m/f) to drive operational and contractual relationships with strategic suppliers within the PIEA department. You will ensure On Time, On Quality, and On Cost performance while aligning with internal teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, a proven supplier management track record, and strong English and French communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with Procurement & Supply Chain specialization.
• Proven track record in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing/Production, Engineering, or Operations.
• Sound knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Supply Chain fundamentals (APICS Basics level or equivalent).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities and contract management.
• Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to selection decisions.
• Manage supply chain & quality aspects of contracts, ensuring On Time and On Quality performance.
• Monitor supplier quality approvals and ensure compliance with certifications.
• Support new product introduction to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.
• Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers and assess capacity, capability and performance.
