Job summary

Homa Games SAS in Paris is offering a 6-month internship to join the Chief of Staff and work directly with the executive team on strategic projects. You will own missions from start to finish and gain a holistic view of the company.

Fluent English is required; French is a plus. You should have strong Excel/Sheets skills, comfort with data, and a proactive, pragmatic mindset. Onsite at our Paris office, you’ll build skills in analysis, project management, and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• Ability to switch between topics within a week.
• Prior internship in consulting, startup, tech or gaming is a plus.
• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Structure messy business questions and define clear next steps.
• Analyze market research, competitive benchmarks, and data analyses.
• Automate workflows with AI and design AI-powered processes.
• Simplify processes and implement practical fixes.
• Deliver projects by coordinating people and tracking progress.
• Turn work into concise, actionable recommendations for leaders.
