Photon in Île-de-France is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products. You will work closely with stakeholders, engineering, UX, and teams to define roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities include owning the product backlog, leading Agile ceremonies, and translating business needs into actionable user stories.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as Product Owner/PM in tech or digital products.
- Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into stories and requirements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsabilités
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Own the product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
- Translate needs into clear functional requirements.
- Monitor product metrics and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on expectations, dependencies, timelines.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities.
- Define and track key product KPIs.
