Airbus SAS is seeking a Procurement Contract professional to join a multinational team in France, focusing on negotiation, contract drafting and lifecycle management across suppliers and bids.

You will advise buyers, approve contractual documents, and support complex agreements while ensuring compliance and risk management. Strong English and legal/contractual background are required; occasional travel is expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide contractual expertise to buyers and commodity management in negotiations of procurement agreements.
• Approve contractual baseline during Call for Tenders and support negotiations.
• Draft and review ad hoc contractual documents with buyers and supply management.
• Advise on contractual strategy and business/sourcing models for Airbus projects.
• Ensure contractual documentation compliance with laws and Airbus requirements.
• Clarify issues for claims preparation and pre-litigation.
