Ubisoft in Paris offers a trainee position within the Strategic Partnerships & Business Development teams. You will support internal coordination, opportunity tracking, and performance analytics for Third-Party Payments and alternative distribution initiatives.

You will collaborate with HQ Marketing and Studios on activations, analyze performance by partner/channel/region, monitor campaigns, and help prepare dashboards and internal reports.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in business, university, gaming school or equivalent program with a specialization in business, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills enabling cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to structure and synthesize information; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable analyzing performance and interpreting key performance indicators.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken, in an international collaboration environment.
• Passionate about the mobile gaming industry.

Responsabilidades

• Centralize studios’ needs related to Third-Party Payments and alternative distribution initiatives.
• Qualify and follow up opportunities (pre- and post-sales) and support partner discussions led by the manager.
• Coordinate with HQ Marketing and Studios on partner activations and the production of summary materials.
• Analyze performance by partner, channel, and region; track KPIs; build dashboards and internal reports.
• Monitor distribution campaigns and compliance with terms; analyze revenue by channel; support fraud, refunds and chargebacks monitoring.
