Virtuos is seeking a Lead Producer to oversee strategic client projects and mentor the production team at Lyon. You will ensure delivery excellence, coordinate across disciplines, and maintain trusted client relationships.

You will lead production reporting, manage risks, budgets, and schedules, and drive best practices while aligning with Virtuos-wide standards. Fluency in English and French is expected.

Qualifications

• Senior production experience in complex creative or software environments.
• Worked on multiple games and understands game production pipelines and industry practices.
• Confident communicator able to manage senior client relationships.
• Proven ability to guide cross-disciplinary teams and manage stress.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methods; Scrum Master cert valued.

Responsabilités

• Acting Producer on key and strategic projects, defining goals, scope, milestones, budget and risks.
• Build, validate, and maintain the production plan, schedule and proposals.
• Own delivery of client commitments and manage roadmap, scope changes, and risks.
• Coach Producers; set production methodology and mentor career development.
• Represent production internally and externally; drive alignment and communication.
