Zentiva is seeking a Category Leader – IT to drive sourcing across IT hardware, software, cloud, and services within a regulated pharma setting. You will partner with IT, Digital, Finance and business teams to design and execute IT category strategies and optimize total cost of ownership.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and global supplier management, including supplier onboarding, risk mitigation, and cross-functional programs such as ERP and cloud transformations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• Typically 3-6 years of Procurement experience with sourcing, supplier management and contract administration in Indirect procurement.
• Experience in pharma or regulated manufacturing is an advantage.
• Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Proven ability to run sourcing events, assess bids, and ensure smooth supplier onboarding and contracting.

Responsabilités

• Develop and update global IT category strategy with leadership.
• Lead tactical sourcing activities for IT sub-categories (RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, supplier evaluation).
• Conduct commercial evaluations, including pricing analysis and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Ensure contracts align with terms, compliance, and supplier onboarding.
• Manage SRM framework and monitor supplier performance with KPIs.
