Job summary

Salomon, headquartered in Annecy, France, is seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to transform how technology partners and external talent are managed. You will lead sourcing, supplier management and analytics to optimize IT spend in a global context.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance and external vendors to drive cost efficiency, governance and streamlined processes while enabling a data-driven procurement ecosystem. This is a full-time role based in Annecy.

Qualifications

• 3years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing or Vendor Management.
• Experience working with IT suppliers, professional services providers or technology-related spend.
• Exposure to contract management, supplier management and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data and reporting.
• Experience managing external workforce suppliers or contingent labor programs.
• Knowledge of SOW-based engagements and professional services procurement.
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Concur or similar procurement tools.
• Exposure to procurement transformation, automation or AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT procurement activities including software, IT services and technology-related spend.
• Manage external IT workforce procurement with SOWs, contract renewals and governance.
• Develop procurement reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking to improve visibility and insights.
• Ensure smooth procurement operations including PO creation, invoice reconciliation and compliance.
