Stellantis, Poissy-based, is seeking a Cross Programs & Cooperations Manager to shape and drive strategic ICT initiatives spanning multiple domains and regions. The role acts as a trusted integrator between Business, Enterprise Architecture, and ICT domains, ensuring initiatives are understood, scoped, funded and delivered in line with Stellantis objectives.

You will lead diverse teams, coordinate with external partners, promote convergence-by-design, and accelerate AI opportunities within

Qualifications

Master's degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
Strong understanding of ICT transformation and enterprise architecture.
Experience with ERP ecosystems (SAP) and large-scale transformation programs.
Fluent French and English.
Experience in international, matrixed environments.

Responsabilités

Understand business drivers and strategic priorities behind new initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholders and ICT Domain teams to assess alternatives and define the target solution.
Contribute to business case preparation with realistic cost, timelines, risks and scenarios.
Promote convergence-by-design by maximizing solution reuse and balancing local vs global requirements.
Lead planning, coordination and execution of cross-program initiatives.
Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery readiness.
Drive execution discipline and ensure delivery of expected benefits.
