  • 7-10 years of experience in HR development activities required.

Responsabilités

  • Deliver high-quality employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Provide expert guidance to Career Development Managers.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives fostering team engagement.
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess engagement and support retention.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and define corrective measures.
  • Enhance HR processes for continuous improvement.
