Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide 60 Tier 3 accounts across EMEA, with most based in France. You will act as strategic advisor, driving adoption, expansion, renewal and long-term value, while collaborating with Sales, Support, Cloud and Product teams.

The role requires fluent English and French, hybrid work with a Paris office, and occasional client visits. Total compensation is based on experience and location, with a base salary shown; travel up to 50% may be

• Minimum of 5 years overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales to complete a comprehensive sales transition process.
• Own adoption, expansion, satisfaction, and renewal for your customers.
• Manage onboarding process for new customers.
• Develop strong working relationships with customers and their delivery teams.
• Establish and execute cadence-based Business Review meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks that threaten satisfaction, growth or renewal.
• Keep management informed of progress and obstacles on your portfolio.
