Pandora is seeking a merchandising professional in Paris to align assortment with regional markets and support development pipelines. You will champion consumer needs, translate market demand into actionable plans, and work with global teams on GTM and pricing.

With 3+ years in merchandising, planning, sourcing, or demand planning, you will analyze product performance, optimize assortments across channels, and help drive commercial results in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, sourcing, or demand planning.
• Retail/store experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, French and Spanish is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Analyze product performance and communicate regional market needs.
• Optimize the product assortment across all distribution channels.
• Evaluate and adapt the global assortment for local market needs.
• Play a key role in product innovation and development.
• Monitor collection performance and ensure objectives are met.
