This strategic commercial role is focused on driving revenue growth and customer success across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will manage the entire account lifecycle – from onboarding to renewals – while identifying upsell and expansion opportunities. There’s a strong emphasis on customer retention, adoption, and long-term value creation.
