Demartino Law is seeking a Statistical Studies Manager – SAS, Power BI to lead data analysis and performance reporting across multiple departments. You will manage RUN updates, ensure ad hoc reporting accuracy, and propose optimization strategies to streamline source-to-target workflows.

You will document data sources and calculation rules, implement tracking tools, and collaborate with a 7-person analytics team to automate production reports and improve data governance.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM of 5 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
• Proficient in SAS and Power BI; experience in reporting automation and data storytelling.

# Statistical Studies Manager – SAS, Power BI 2* Statistical Studies Manager – SAS, Power BI 2CONTEXT We are looking for a Statistical Analysis and Performance Analyst. Join a team of 7 colleagues within the Omnichannel Performance and Reporting team.MISSIONS: • Manage the RUN update o Ensure ad hoc updates of figures o Provide recommendations on possible optimizations to reports (SAS skills, Power BI, streamlining of source and target) o Finalize the update of the RUN mapping and the standardization of documentation • For a scope defined by the department head: o Manage the RUN o Conduct an assessment of the assigned scope o Provide one or more optimization and redesign scenarios o Document data sources, update processes, and calculation rules o Implement the chosen scenario You will work with the entire team on various topics such as: • Streamlining and automating activity and production reports for our different departments • Implementing standard processes to develop and deliver new tracking tools while respecting the defined target (understanding the context, securing and validating the EDB Ergonomics of monitoring, documentation, definition of controls and backups, analysis of figures...)
