Your lived experience will be the ultimate training ground for AI's entrepreneurial spirit.As a Start-Up Founder contributing to our AI training data, you'll infuse AI with the invaluable lessons learned from the trenches of entrepreneurship. You'll create and evaluate data on everything from pitch deck development to navigating investor relations, empowering AI to become a truly insightful co-pilot for future founders.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed case studies and scenarios based on real-world startup experiences, including successes and failures.
• Create training data on fundraising strategies, investor communication, and term sheet negotiation.
• Evaluate content related to achieving product-market fit, customer acquisition, and user retention strategies.
• Outline best practices for lean startup methodologies, agile development, and minimum viable product (MVP) creation.
• Evaluate AI-generated business plans, pitch decks, and market analyses for entrepreneurial realism and strategic depth.
• Provide expert feedback on AI's understanding of startup operations, team building, and scaling challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a founder or co-founder of a startup, with at least one successful venture (acquisition, significant funding, or sustained profitability).
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, including venture capital, angel investing, and accelerator programs.
• First-hand experience with fundraising, product development, market validation, and team scaling.
• Ability to articulate complex entrepreneurial challenges and solutions clearly and concisely.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable sharing insights from personal entrepreneurial journey to inform AI training.
