This role focuses on maintaining visual merchandising standards, coordinating with district and account managers, and overseeing stock organization and stock takes. The successful candidate will be passionate about the brand and able to translate Levi's values into daily

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a small team.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced store setting.

Responsabilités

• Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out.
• Build an effective communication channel with Key Account Manager & District Manager.
• Review SIS sales and KPIs to identify opportunities with Key Account Manager & District Manager.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service and live our brand values.
• Maintain brand image through Visual Merchandising guidelines and strong visual standards across the store.
• Manage organization of stock according to stock room guidelines.
• Organize and prepare stock takes end to end.
