A leading cloud provider in Paris seeks a developer for their Helpdesk & Internal Services team. The role involves enhancing the Helpdesk platform to support onboarding and lifecycle management processes. You'll work in a collaborative environment, developing features, resolving bugs, and improving automation. Ideal candidates have experience with NodeJS and REST APIs, and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a hybrid work model and a dynamic office space.

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Helpdesk & Internal Services team to support the continued development of our internal Helpdesk application.
Your mission will be to evolve and improve the Helpdesk platform, in order to streamline operational processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle management for all Scalers.
We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together.
You will be part of a 3-person team working on both daily operational tasks and internal tooling projects. The Helpdesk team manages the internal lifecycle of Scalers and ensures efficient access, device, and license management through its centralised application. You will also collaborate closely with the Internal Services team.
