JLL is seeking an Intern Building Consultant in Paris to support the Building Consultancy team. You will work with internal departments to deliver holistic, commercial advice to clients and gain exposure to high-profile occupier and investor clients.

This internship requires strong teamwork, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A driving licence and fluency in English and French are preferred. The role is based in Paris, with some travel expected.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and numerical skills, comfortable with report writing.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Well-presented with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Clean and valid driving licence.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Undertaking Building Consultant's inspections and preparing reports.
• Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategies.
• Undertaking building reinstatement cost assessments.
• Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required.
• Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and offering a professional and excellent client service at all times.
• Some travel will be required in this role.

Job Summary

Join our Building Consultancy department in Paris. The team deals with a range of investor clients, including GoldmanSachs, LaSalle, M&G Real Estate, INVESCO, AEW, RedTree Capital and BNP Real Estate, corporate occupier clients such as Google, Huawei and Cisco.

The internwill work alongside other internal departments such as Investment, Agency, Managed Services, Valuations, Lease Advisory, Project Management teams, to provide holistic, commercial advice to our clients.

We are looking for an outward-looking, ‘all-rounder’ Intern Building Consultant H/F with a sense of ‘team spirit’ and an ambition to deliver excellence.

What This Job Involves
