Omnes Capital, Paris-based private equity and infrastructure investor, is seeking an Investor Relations intern to join a five-person team starting September 2026. You will help prepare fundraising materials, respond to investor requests, and support events and data management.

The role requires a third-year business school or Master’s student with 6+ months in finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluency in French and English. Based in Paris, no travel involved.

Qualifications

• Education: Third year of a Business School or equivalent Master’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months in private equity, financial sector, or marketing/sales/communication functions.
• Technical: Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Fluent French (written and spoken); fluent English.
• Qualities: Strong interest in private equity and infrastructure; proactive and autonomous.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing and monitoring fundraising processes with investment teams.

• Support development and update of marketing materials.
• Assist with investor events: AGMs, forums, conferences, quarterly calls, etc.
• Manage and update databases; data entry, updates and access management.

Role Description

The Investor Relations team, composed of 5 professionals, is looking for an intern starting in September 2026.

The successful candidate will contribute to the following tasks:

• Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of fundraising processes in close coordination with investment teams
• Responding to investor and prospect requests (research and analysis of historical information, coordination and/or preparation of responses to ad hoc requests)
• Supporting the development and update of marketing materials
• Assisting with the organization of investor events: annual general meetings, forums, conferences, quarterly calls, etc.
• Managing and updating internal and external databases (data entry, client data updates, extraction and analysis, access management)
• Identifying potential investors in France and internationally
• Conducting competitive intelligence on Omnes' investment strategies

The intern will work closely with the Investor Relations team and interact with all Omnes teams. He/she will participate in all team meetings. The position is based in Paris (8th arrondissement) and should not involve travel.

Profile

Education Third year of a Business School (Grande École Programme) or equivalent university degree (Master's level) or gap year

Experience Minimum of 6 months' experience within a private equity firm, financial sector, or in marketing, sales or communication functions

Technical skills Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Languages Fluent French (written and spoken)

Fluent English is essential (written and spoken)
